1. PythonessSoft built the Mysterious Tarot app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by PythonessSoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform Mysterious Tarot users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Mysterious Tarot unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information such as your name, email address, and gender provided during sign-in to the Mysterious Tarot application, as well as information such as your date of birth, relationship status, employment status, selected subject, and related details entered while using the Pythoness AI interpretation service, may be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing and improving in-app services.
We do not use this information for any purpose other than delivering and enhancing the functionality of the Service.

4. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ('IP') address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We definitely DO NOT have access to your messaging or chat systems such as WhatsApp or SMS, which we have no intent of accessing this kind of personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
11. User Account and Data Deletion Instructions
When you log in to the app using your Google account or email address, your name, email address, and gender are saved in the app database. You can delete your account at any time. To do this, send your request to us via email using the "Delete My User Account" button located in the Navigation Drawer menu on the left side of the main menu screen.
In addition, if you want to delete the personal data you provided while using the Pythoness AI reading service, you can also send your request to us using the "Delete My Personal Data" button located at the bottom of the Navigation Drawer.
You can opt out of sharing your personal data at any time. If you remove the app from your phone but still want to delete your app account and all the information saved in the app database, please send an email to pythonesssoft@gmail.com with your request. After receiving your request, we will delete your app account and all the information saved in the database, and send you an email confirming that your request has been completed.
